Greg was born and raised in Denver, Colorado.  He met his wife Leslie his senior year of college and after a two year courtship they were married at West Point in 1988. Greg and Leslie have eight wonderful children John and Matt (18), Mary (16), Elizabeth (14), Catherine (11), David (9), Lisa (8), and Suzanne (6).  Greg and his family love to camp, bike, hike and ski together.  Greg is active in his church and faith life, and volunteers as a scout leader and coach.

Greg graduated from West Point in 1986 with a degree in Math Sciences and also holds a Masters in Administration from Central Michigan University. He was comissioned as a Field Artillery Officer and served tours in the 2^nd Infantry Division, the 101^st Airborne Division, 4^th Infantry Division, III Corps Artillery and Army Space and Strategic Command.  Greg is a veteran of the Cold War, the first Gulf War and the most recent conflict in Iraq. His service decorations include the Legion of Merit, and the Bronze Star.

Greg is now an expert in the preservation of client assets and the distribution of those assets to heirs. Greg’s focus is on eliminating market risk, minimizing the tax on Social Security and protecting assets from the ravages of long term care expenses. He is also an expert on the multi-generational IRA which allows clients to pass on their wealth to multiple generations, minimize the taxation on that wealth and avoid the challenges of “splitting heirs” when that wealth is passed on.
