Greg is a Denver native who graduated from West Point in 1986 with a degree in Math Sciences.  He also holds a Masters degree in Administration from Central Michigan University.  Greg served the constitution and the country for 22 years.  He was commissioned as a Field Artillery Officer and served tours in the 2nd Infantry Division, the 101st Airborne Division, 4th Infantry Division, III Corps Artillery, and Army Space and Strategic Command.  A true war hero, Greg is a veteran of the Cold War, the first Gulf War, and the most recent conflict in Iraq. His service decorations include the Legion of Merit, and the Bronze Star.

He is the proud father of eight wonderful children.  He and his family love to camp, bike, hike and ski together.  Greg is active in his church and faith life, and volunteers as a scout leader, coach, and mentor to small business owners.
